Payment Options: We currently utilize Pay-Pal as our preferred method of payment. We are sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders at the present time.
Samples: We do not send out samples by request. We will have sample size packages for sale in the near future.. We will at our discretion, send samples with purchase.
Refunds: We are sorry, due to the nature of our business; all sales are final All products are made by order, and we do realize that not all products will work for everyone. We will replace products, if a package is received damaged. Please do not open the package, please write “Return To Sender”, and give the package to your postal carrier, or return the package to the post office. Please call us within 48 hours after receiving the package, to obtain a return ticket number.
Mailing Address: Please be sure that your mailing address is correct. Claudie's Hair Revitalizer will not be responsible, if an incorrect address is submitted with your order If a package is returned to us, we are not responsible for paying the shipping fee to reship the package. Shipping: We ship all orders by the United States Postal Service. All domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail. International orders are shipped by Priority Mail or by First Class.
Lost Or Stolen Packages: Claudie’s Hair Revitalizer will not be responsible, for lost or stolen packages. All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation. We urge all customers to purchase insurance for a small fee. This option is available for purchase on our website.
Formulations: Claudie’s Hair Revitalizer will always inform customers, if we change the formula of any of our product. The color, fragrance and, texture of our products can vary at times, which is beyond our control. This is due to several reasons. Although, we purchase our ingredients from the same suppliers, ingredients can vary from batch to batch. It is like purchasing yarn. Unless the yarn is from the same dye lot, there will be a variance in color and texture. The same thing applies to fragrance, and raw materials. We purchase fragrances from one supplier, and each batch can vary slightly. We make all products by hand, and we use the same formula everytime. These are some of the things that do happen, when working with natural ingredients. There is nothing wrong with the products. The products will still perform the same.
